Providing a safe and secure environment for your order information is our top priority. Craft Caravan protects the security of your online transaction by taking advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard for encryption. SSL technology encrypts data allowing only Craft Caravan to decode your information and helps to create a secure environment for transactions on the internet.

To check that your browser is in secure mode, check that a "lock" or a "key" icon is displayed in the lower left-hand corner of your browser window. You can also check by looking at the URL bar on top of your browser. This line will typically show the first characters as "https" when a secure connection has been established rather than "http" which indicates a connection that is not secured.

To further protect your security, we suggest you close your browser window after you have finished your visit, especially if you are using a computer shared by others.

Privacy Policy

Craft Caravan is committed to protecting your privacy. When shopping online or ordering by phone, it is our goal to make your experience safe and secure.  The following privacy guidelines outline our policies when collecting and using personal information provided by customers.  Craft Caravan is the sole owner of the information collected online and by phone.

Logs
When you visit the Craft Caravan web site, our site host makes a record of your visit and logs the following anonymous information for statistical purposes – the user's server address, the user's top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .ca, .uk etc), the date and time of visit to the site, the pages accessed and documents downloaded, search engine if applicable, and the type of browser used. The statistical information we gather will be used to help us improve the Web site's accessibility and navigability. No attempt will be made to identify users or their browsing activities except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the Internet Service Provider's logs.

Craft Caravan is not responsible for the content and the privacy practices of other web sites and encourages you to examine each site's privacy policy and make your own decisions regarding the accuracy, reliability and correctness of material and information found.

E-Mail
We will record your e-mail address only if you create an account, purchase a product or send us a message. It will be used for replying to you directly and it will be added to Craft Caravan’s mailing list only if you request inclusion. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose, and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent.

Changes and Deletions
If at any time you wish to be removed from Craft Caravan's mailing list, or wish to view, update, alter or delete any information we may have on you in our contacts database, please email us.

We do not use any external identifiers to uniquely identify our contacts. Craft Caravan allows anonymous interaction wherever it is practical and does not transfer personal information internationally.

Refund Policy

Our products are designed for children in their preschool and early elementary years.  We believe in our quality; we have a ‘test crew’ of kids who put our products through the rigors before they’re sent to our Craft Club.
If your package has been damaged during packaging, shipping, or handling, or if your kit is incomplete (ie missing content), simply return the package in its original, unused condition, with original packaging within 14 days. Once we receive your return, we will issue a replacement product addressed to the same subscriber at the same address. We will also notify you by email when the replacement shipment is on its way.

Subscription Cancelation

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time without penalty or fees.  Prepaid subscriptions (3 month or 12 month) can be cancelled with 1 month’s notice.  There is a 20% processing fee for cancellation of prepaid subscriptions.
